Buy without travelling to Georgia
One great advantage of buying off-plan is that your purchase can be arranged entirely remotely, without travelling to Georgia. For the online process, request your personal authorised link and portal sign-in instructions directly from the team. Your signed contract records the purchase; the Public Registry extract confirms ownership once registration is completed.

- The signing and registration instructions supplied for your purchase
- Your signed contract and, after title registration, your Public Registry extract
From enquiry to contract
In completed presales, a purchase began with an expression of interest (EOI) and a $2,000 payment. The steps below show how you submit your preferences, select a home, reserve it and complete the contract.
Register your interest
You specify the city, preferred home type and budget, then submit your EOI during the application window. Payment follows the written instructions.
Enter the selection process
The $2,000 EOI payment confirms your participation in the selection process. It does not yet reserve a specific home.
Choose a home and reserve
You choose an available home and receive the BEOI reservation document with its reference and payment amount. The payment window is 24 hours.
Sign and begin the payment plan
You sign the preliminary sale agreement and make the initial payment, with the EOI amount credited towards it. Further instalments follow your contract's payment schedule.
Visit if you wish
The presentation centre and showroom are at 5 Shota Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi. Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00, Saturday 12:00-18:00. A Batumi office has not yet opened.
Pay safely
Never send any advance or funds to third parties. Always verify documents, bank details and payment purpose. Payments must be made directly and exclusively to the official developer entity named in your purchase contract: LLC Eagle Hills Georgia, registration ID 404770011.
