Assignment of rights under the preliminary sale agreement was provided for after 20% had been paid, not at the BEOI reservation stage. Check the permission, timing and charges for your phase and property type.
An assignment transfers contractual rights; it is not automatically the sale of an already owned home. Check the consent procedure, transfer costs and tax treatment. A future buyer, quick resale or particular resale price is not guaranteed.
