The joint venture
The projects are developed by a Georgian joint venture: Eagle Hills holds 66.7% and the Georgian state 33.3%. Eagle Hills is an Abu Dhabi-based global developer with a multibillion-dollar portfolio spanning 18 countries, from landmark waterfront districts to luxury residences and hotels.
Land, finance and development
The state contributes land, while the investor finances and manages the development. The announced investment covers both locations together. The company, programme and property contract serve different purposes; check the terms attached to the residence you choose.
Communities built in phases
The masterplans envisage complete, self-contained neighbourhoods delivered in phases. Each phase is planned to open with the infrastructure for everyday living: local services, convenient access, green spaces and places to relax. Gas connections are planned from the start of occupancy for comfortable year-round living. The aim is a functioning neighbourhood while later phases continue to develop. The overall programme spans roughly a decade; each release's documents set out its handover dates, infrastructure and specifications.
