Batumi Yachts & Marina is the rarest thing on the Georgian coast: a mega-project you can still be early to. Sales have not opened; no public price list exists. That makes the verifiable facts more valuable, not less - so here they are, all of them.

Where the 200 hectares comes from
Handle the site area the way we handle every headline number. 200 hectares is the figure in the owner's presentation set. Other public materials on the same project describe a site of roughly 260-280 hectares. We do not know which boundary each number measures - the developable parcel, the wider concession, the shoreline included or not - and rather than pick the flattering one we show you the spread. Every other figure in the table above carries the same status: presentation figures, not registry entries.
What makes it different from every Batumi tower
Batumi's construction boom has produced hundreds of towers and no yacht marina of comparable scale. A 180-berth marina with a yacht club is not an amenity - it is infrastructure that changes what the coastline is for. Lagoons, a beach, a promenade and planned premium hotels complete the vision of a coastal neighbourhood with its own life around the marina.
The status, stated precisely
As of 20 August 2026, a launch was planned and masterplan materials were available. No date, price list, expression-of-interest window, public queue or priority right for Batumi had been published. Follow dated launch updates and treat pre-launch price claims as unverified.
Why the Tbilisi record matters here
Same developer, same country, same sales machine: every Tbilisi Waterfront release sold out on launch day. The rational read for Batumi is not "it will definitely repeat" - it is "the cost of being unprepared is known, and it is the whole release."
